i hope everyone has had a great loooonnnnngggg weekend! i did! we spent 2 days in edmond visiting family. grammy and pappy (a.k.a. my mom and dad) cooked a YUMMY breakfast for us saturday. here are some pics from this {scrumdiddlyumptious} meal and one of pappy being silly with joey!
then after breakfast, i got to go shopping with my mom! we went to a couple of thrift stores {fun} and to some craft stores. i got the coolest red table from one of the thrift stores....actually my mom snagged it for me. i'll share that story another time. for now i'll just say WAY TO GO MOM!then we went to aunt carla's where we swam all afternoon! uncle pat secured tickets to the OU game in norman for all the boys, so that evening we had a girls' night! we ate pizza, watched a movie and my niece and i made birthday cards and gift tags. very fun!
on sunday, we all went to EARLY service at church....geez, that was early....and had the big family birthday party afterwards. we all went swimming again until we were completely saturated! i have to share these two pictures of colby....he kept chewing on the straps of his goggles and when i asked him why he said he would look dorky if they were just hanging down. so you be the judge....which picture is dorkiest?

you had a BLAST this weekend. and i have laughed ALL DAY at Colby's dork{y}ness! he is so funny. you are funny to let us pick which is more dorky. Colb...gonna have'ta go with {its more dorky to put the straps in your mouth!} but i think you're adorable both ways!!! :)
Colby man, i'm will Nellie. Straps in your mouth is way dorkier than not in your mouth. i still love you either way though. :)
