student leader
today at our last spirit assembly, spencer received the first ever park lane student leader award. i don't know how this award came to be, but the principal said some really nice things about spencer. she complimented him on what a great leader he was on safety patrol and in the classroom. i was so proud that my eyes started to leak! i had no idea he was getting this award!
random quote of the day: "Mrs. Hayes, if you don't want to go to school and want to make yourself sick, I know what to do. Stick your finger down your throat and touch your uvula." ~said by one of my darling little boys in class today right after one of his classmates threw up! the next time he's absent, i'm going to ask him if he touched his uvula!
