ziploc omelets!

yep. that's right. you can make omelets in a ziploc bag! it's super easy!

step one: bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.

step two: put 2 large or extra large eggs in a zipper bag along with any other omelet ingredients you like. then close the bag and give everything a good squish and shake.

step three: make sure all of the air is out of the bag. then place the bag in the boiling water for 15 minutes.

step four: carefully remove the bag from the boiling water. the omelet will slide right out of the bag.

and there you have it! a perfect breakfast! if you want this delicious waffle, you'll have to employ spencer's service. he made waffles in his waffle maker he got for his birthday! the were yum-o!
